All-round development

Emphasising the objective of the ‘Aarohan’ programme, the Tribal Welfare Commissioner said that schools’ job is to promote literacy and educate the students completely. “Students must be prepared to move forward and continuously improve their lives in every situation. The overall development of children should be the programme’s aim,” he added.

“Girls and teenagers of Ashram Residential School will learn the education of emotional and internal well-being,” he added.

Quality education

Nandita Bhatla, Country Director of WorldBeing India Foundation, said this programme will be important in empowering children’s overall development and education, as mentioned in the Education Policy, 2020.
