Moscow, July 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the Indian community in Moscow, stated that he has vowed to work three times faster and with three times more strength during his third term.
He remarked that the speed of India’s development over the past decade has astonished the entire world. He emphasized that India is transforming today because it relies on the strength of its 1.4 billion citizens and the Indian community across the globe.
PM Modi gives example of Indian cricket team
Prime Minister Narendra Modi remarked that, in contrast to the situation before 2014, today’s India is brimming with self-confidence, which he considers to be the country’s greatest asset. Referring to India’s victory in the T20 World Cup amidst chants of “Modi-Modi,” he drew a parallel between the resilience of the Indian cricket team to the determination of the nation’s youth, who do not give up until the last moment.
He asserted that the progress made by India over the past decade is merely a trailer and that the coming ten years will see even more accelerated growth. He also stated that every Indian views Russia as a dependable friend and a partner in both good and challenging times.

People visiting India clearly witness country’s transformation
Prime Minister Modi said that when people from around the world visit India, they see that the country is changing. They can clearly witness India’s transformation and reconstruction of India. He stated that India currently contributes 15% to the global economic growth and is poised for further expansion in the future.
Modi added that from semiconductor and electronic manufacturing to green hydrogen and electric vehicles, India’s new momentum will write a new chapter in global development. He also emphasized that India will lead the way in tackling global challenges, from poverty to climate change.
Vision of developed India
Prime Minister Modi said that it is in his DNA to challenge every challenge. He stated that India is changing because it believes in the strength of its 1.4 billion citizens, who are now dreaming of turning the vision of a developed India into reality.
The Prime Minister mentioned that when people like the audience offer their blessings, even the biggest goals can be achieved. He emphasized that today’s India is determined to achieve whatever goals it sets for itself.
Aim to make India world’s third largest economy
Modi stated that the government is determined to achieve its goals of making India the world’s third-largest economy, building three crore homes for the poor, and creating ‘Lakpati Didis’ for three crore poor women in villages.
Modi also mentioned that India is the country that sent Chandrayaan to a spot on the Moon where no other country had been, and has emerged as the most reliable model for digital transactions.
