Ranchi, Oct 4:  NCP state president and Hussainabad MLA Kamlesh Kumar Singh today joined the BJP along with hundreds of supporters at a function organised at the BJP state office.

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP state president Babulal Marandi were present on the occasion.

Proud to be associated with BJP: Kamlesh

Speaking at the function, Kamlesh Singh said that he was feeling proud to be associated with the country’s largest party. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world. Only the BJP will change the picture and fate of Jharkhand,” he said.

Promising to ensure the victory of the BJP in the entire Palamu division, he said that the BJP is an ocean. “The opponents have no status,” he added.

Kamlesh entry will strengthen BJP: Marandi

Babulal Marandi recalled that there was a power crisis in the year 2005. “While being in the government, Kamlesh Singh supported the BJP. Whenever BJP called, Kamlesh ji was ready to support. His arrival will give new energy and strength to BJP in Jharkhand,” he maintained.

Sarma asks partymen to rise above likes and dislikes

Assam Chief Minister and election co-in-charge Hemant Biswa Sarma said that Kamlesh Singh has been a member of the BJP for a long. “Today only technical formalities have been completed. Slowly the time is coming when the election will be announced. Kamlesh ji is requested to take everyone along. This time NDA government will be formed in Jharkhand with a full majority. If everyone has faith, then no one can stop the change,” he maintained.

Sarma said that we have a big war in front of us. “How we win this war is the responsibility of every worker working in the organization. We should support the party. We should rise above our likes and dislikes and see that a BJP government is needed in Jharkhand to take Jharkhand on the path of development and out of the dark era,” he said.
