THE JHARKHAND STORY DESK

Srinagar, Oct 21: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will investigate the Ganderbal terrorist attack. A team, led by senior officials from the agency, departed for the site on Monday.

Intelligence agencies believe that the killing of innocent, unarmed civilians is a result of the terrorists’ desperation. They noted that peaceful elections recently took place in Jammu and Kashmir, with significant public participation. In this context, the terrorists are in a state of panic.

Following the incident, security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation for the terrorists.
