Addressing the gathering, Justice Prasad said, “Diwali symbolises the victory of light over darkness. No matter how difficult life becomes, we must keep the inner light of knowledge, truth, and goodwill burning.” He encouraged the children to work hard, stay disciplined, and believe in themselves, reminding them that education and determination pave the way to success.

During the visit, Justice Prasad also inspected the observation home, reviewing facilities related to education, health, nutrition, recreation, and rehabilitation. He directed officials to ensure quality education, nutritious food, and psychological support for the children.

The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets, prizes, and certificates, filling the atmosphere with joy, light, and inspiration.
