Ranchi, March 10: Delhi Public School, SAIL Township, Ranchi has introduced a dedicated ambulance facility and emergency medical service on its campus to enhance the health, safety and well-being of students.

The initiative was inaugurated under the leadership of Principal Dr Jaya Chauhan, who emphasised the importance of creating a secure and responsive learning environment alongside academic excellence.

First such facility in school’s history

School authorities said this is the first time in the institution’s 36-year history that a dedicated ambulance facility has been introduced on campus.

The ambulance is equipped with modern medical equipment, a stretcher, first-aid facilities and emergency care provisions, enabling immediate medical assistance during health emergencies.

The facility is expected to provide prompt medical response and swift transportation for students during critical situations, further strengthening the school’s student-centric approach.
