Jamshedpur, March 25: Jharkhand is expected to experience partly cloudy weather with changing conditions over the next few days, according to the latest meteorological update.
Dry weather till March 26
The state will mostly see dry weather on March 25 and 26. From March 27, conditions may turn slightly unstable, bringing chances of light to moderate rain and thunderstorms at isolated places across most regions, except the north-eastern parts of Jharkhand.
Thunderstorm alert for March 27–28
Authorities have issued a warning for thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds (30–40 kmph) at isolated locations on March 27 and 28. Similar conditions are likely on March 28, though the north-western belt may remain unaffected.

Weather outlook and system
On March 29, the state is expected to return to mostly dry conditions under partly cloudy skies. However, isolated rainfall and thunderstorms may occur again on March 30, especially over eastern districts. The current pattern is influenced by a trough from central Madhya Pradesh to north Maharashtra, along with a strong subtropical westerly jet stream affecting northern India.
