Jamshedpur, Jan 4: In a gesture of goodwill and festive spirit, a joint delegation representing Guru Nanak Sevadal Trust and All India Sikh Student Federation paid a visit to District Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kaushal Kishore. Harvinder Singh Mantu and Satnam Singh Gambhir, leading the delegation, extended their heartfelt congratulations to the SSP for the New Year.
During the meeting, the duo draped SSP Kaushal Kishore with a shawl and presented a vibrant bouquet as a token of appreciation.
The SSP, acknowledging the gesture, expressed his gratitude and lauded the Gurumat Samagam organized by Guru Nanak Seva Dal, describing it as a spiritually enriching event and setting an example for other societies. He emphasized the commendable nature of such initiatives, stressing the importance of keeping the new generation connected to their cultural heritage.

In response to the SSP’s inquiry about the Guru Gobind Singh Ji Prakash festival, Harvinder Singh Mantu provided detailed information, highlighting that the festival is scheduled for January 17. He further shared plans for a grand Vishal Nagar Kirtan to be organized from Telco Gurdwara under the auspices of the Central Gurdwara Management Committee.
Harvinder Singh Mantu also took the opportunity to apprise SSP Kaushal Kishore of various social activities undertaken by the Guru Nanak Sevadal Trust and All India Sikh Student Federation. The SSP commended the organizations for their significant contributions to social welfare and encouraged them to continue their efforts.
