Ranchi, February 15: A delegation led by the president of the Singhbhum Chamber, Vijay Anand Moonka, met Chief Minister Champai Soren today at Project Bhawan.
The delegation congratulated the Chief Minister on his recent appointment and engaged in comprehensive discussions regarding Kolhan’s various developmental facets.
Key discussion points included facilitating the construction of Dhalbhumgarh Airport by addressing pertinent obstacles and ensuring equitable electricity rates for industries in Kolhan vis-a-vis other districts.
Other issues included:
- The commencement of land and flat registry in the Tata command area.
- Land surveys in Jugsalai and Mango.
- Resolving outstanding GST payments to contractors.
- Advancement of development projects in Kolhan.

The chief minister assured the delegation that the requisite actions would be taken to address the concerns.
Additionally, the delegation discussed with State Chief Secretary L. Khiangte and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Chaubey.
In attendance alongside President Vijay Anand Moonka were Honorary General Secretary Manav Kedia, Secretary of Industries Vinod Sharma, and Treasurer CA Anil Ringsiya, among others.
