Ranchi, Sept 19: Jharkhand BJP president Babulal Marandi hailed the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’s (ABVP) performance in the Delhi University Students’ Union elections, calling it a victory for nationalist ideology.
Congratulating the winning candidates, Marandi said that securing three out of four posts, including the president’s position, reflects the strong support of the nation’s youth for nationalist ideas.

He noted that ABVP is the only student organisation that works with the guiding principles of knowledge, character, and unity, while envisioning an academic community that promotes Indian values alongside educational reforms.
Marandi added that ABVP’s year-round programmes and organisational activities have transformed student power into national power. He also extended his best wishes to all ABVP office-bearers and youth associated with the organisation.
