New Delhi, Sept 16: The Indian cricket team will soon sport Apollo Tyres on their jerseys, with the BCCI finalizing a lucrative three-year sponsorship deal worth ₹579 crore, a senior board official confirmed on Tuesday.

This agreement, which surpasses the previous ₹358 crore contract with Dream11, will span 121 bilateral matches and 21 ICC fixtures.

Dream11’s exit came after the government enforced a ban on real-money gaming platforms, leaving the national side without a jersey sponsor during the ongoing Asia Cup in Dubai.

“The deal has been signed with Apollo Tyres. We will announce it soon,” a senior BCCI official told PTI.
