Ranchi, Oct 27: BJP state president and former chief minister Babulal Marandi today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said many things in his ‘Mann Ki Baat’.

“In this sequence, two great men have been mentioned. The 150th birth anniversary of both the great men is starting. One of them is Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and the other is Bhagwan Birsa Munda. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary is celebrated as National Unity Day. Diwali is also on that day. This time Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary is to be celebrated with more pomp and show,” he added.

Marandi said that 15th November is the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda. “His 150th birth anniversary also begins this year. It is also to be celebrated with great pomp in the whole country,” he pointed out.

Jharkhand trapped in hands of brokers and middlemen

The BJP leader said that the need of the hour in Jharkhand is to form a government under the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party so that we can all save Jharkhand. “Today, Jharkhand is trapped in the hands of the brokers and middlemen in whose hands it is. These people are engaged in looting everything. This election is to save Jharkhand from robbers, brokers, and middlemen,” he said.

Marandi appealed to all the people of Jharkhand and requested them to vote for the BJP. “The hands of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi have to be strengthened,” he said.

Hemant Soren is helpless

He said that it has become absolutely clear that Hemant Soren is helpless and constrained. “He can stoop to any level for votes. The party may be different but Sita Soren is his sister-in-law. She is the wife of his brother Durga Soren and daughter-in-law of Shibu Soren. She is also a woman from Jharkhand. Jamtara MLA Irfan Ansari uses this dirty word about Sita Soren. We cannot use that word. If Hemant Soren has even a little self-respect in his heart, then Irfan Ansari should be removed from the Cabinet,” he said.
