Dhanbad, Oct 18: The Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department of BIT Sindri, in association with the ECE Society, organised an insightful online session on “GATE ECE Preparation Strategies” to guide aspiring engineers for the upcoming GATE 2025 examination.

Alumnus Shares GATE Success Formula

The session featured Prayanshu Singh, an alumnus of BIT Sindri (ECE, Batch of 2019–2023), who is currently pursuing his M.Tech in Communication Systems Engineering at IIT (BHU), Varanasi.

During the session, Prayanshu emphasised the importance of concept clarity, regular revision, and detailed mock test analysis as the key pillars of success in GATE.

He also highlighted crucial subjects such as Network Theory, Control Systems, Analog Circuits, and Digital Electronics, which form the foundation for mastering the GATE ECE syllabus.

‘Smart Work with the Right Mindset Pays Off’

Sharing his personal journey from BIT Sindri to IIT (BHU), Prayanshu encouraged students to stay consistent, disciplined, and focused.

Dr Amar Prakash Sinha, Head of the ECE Department, expressed his satisfaction over the successful conduct of the programme and appreciated the efforts of the ECE Society.

Faculty members and students attended the session in large numbers, marking another productive academic engagement by the department to support students’ competitive exam preparation.
