Ranchi: Jharkhand’s daughter and acclaimed Bollywood playback singer, Shilpa Rao, met Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren today at the Chief Minister’s residence on Kanke Road, Ranchi. The Chief Minister congratulated her on winning the Best Female Playback Singer Award at the 71st National Film Awards for her soulful rendition of in the film Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva.
