BSF neutralizes Pakistani intruder along international boundary in Punjab

Punjab, August 13: Border Security Force (BSF) personnel shot and killed a Pakistani intruder along the international border in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district, according to a statement released on Tuesday.

The infiltrator was observed covertly crossing the international boundary near Dal village on the evening of August 12.

The BSF Public Relations Officer reported that on August 12, at approximately 8:36 pm, vigilant BSF troops detected a Pakistani intruder crossing the international boundary near village Dal in the Tarn Taran district.

The intruder was approaching the border fence and ignored warnings to stop. Due to the heightened security for Independence Day, the troops fired at the intruder, neutralizing him immediately.
