Jamshedpur, Nov 28: CII Jharkhand will organise a workshop on “Advanced 5S & QC: The Powerful tool for Implementation in the Era of Industry 4.0” on November 29, Friday at the Russi Modi Centre for Excellence in Jamshedpur.
The workshop will begin at 10 am.
The workshop on Advanced 5S & QC will provide an in-depth exploration of the concepts, definitions, and benefits of 5S/7S.
5S and 7S refer to a workplace organisation methodology originating from Japan where each letter represents a step in a process to create a clean efficient and well-ordered work environment.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of each of the 5S activities, supported by real-world examples.
The workshop will also cover key topics such as the implementation and long-term sustainability of 5S, with a focus on best practices, including essential 5S Do’s and Don’ts.
Additionally, the session will include guidance on conducting 5S audits, prioritizing safety, and showcasing examples of successful 5S initiatives in world-class, award-winning organizations.
