Jamshedpur, March 25: The day temperature will continue to witness a rise across Jharkhand, said weathermen today.

The day temperature is expected to witness a 2 to 3° Celsius rise in the next three days.
Met statistics revealed a rising trend in maximum temperature across Jharkhand in the past 24 hours.

The maximum temperature at the capital Ranchi was today hovering around 32 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur and its adjoining areas were experiencing a maximum temperature of around 34 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature has almost touched 35 degrees Celsius in several parts of the Palamu region.
The trough in westerlies in middle and upper tropospheric levels with its axis between 3.1 and 7.6 Km above mean sea level roughly along Long. 87°E to the north of Lat. 22°N persists.
According to statistics Hazaribagh recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 14.8 degree Celsius today while Jamshedpur recorded the lowest visibility of 2000 metres.
