Jamshedpur, April 29: In a coordinated operation, a team from Delhi Police arrested a wanted accused in a narcotics case from Jamshedpur’s Sitaramdera area on Tuesday night, with assistance from local police.
The accused, Shravan Jaiswal alias Neelu, was arrested from his residence in New Baradwari (Devnagar), Ward No. 7, following specific intelligence about his whereabouts.

Joint Operation by Police Teams
Officials from Vikas Puri Police Station in Delhi reached Jamshedpur, coordinated with Sitaramdera Police, and carried out the raid.

Jaiswal, son of Jagannath Prasad Jaiswal, had been absconding in a case registered under the NDPS Act in Delhi and was on the radar of investigators for a long time.
The late-night operation created a stir in the locality, drawing a crowd of onlookers and sparking curiosity among residents.
Police said the accused has been taken to Delhi for further interrogation. Investigators believe the arrest may help uncover a larger narcotics trafficking network.
