Delhi Public School Ranchi holds fair to connect students with prominent universities

Ranchi, Nov. 6: Delhi Public School Ranchi today organised a spectacular University Fair on its campus that brought together leading higher education institutions from across the country.

The event proved to be a great success, as it provided students with a unique platform to explore a multitude of educational opportunities and interact with representatives from prominent universities.

The fair saw enthusiastic participation from students of Classes XI and XII.

The fair featured a diverse range of universities, including prestigious institutions like the RM University (Andhra Pradesh), World University of Design (Haryana), RV University (Bangalore), Graphic Era University (Dehradun), Bennet University (Noida), Sikkim Manipal University (Sikkim), KR Mangalam University (Gurgaon), Woxen University(Hyderabad), Amity University (Jharkhand), Pimpari Chinchwad University (Maharashtra), MIT University (Pune), Manav Rachana University (Haryana), Chankya University (Bangalore), UPES (Dehradun), Pearl Academy (Delhi/NCR), Doon Business School (Dehradun), Kalinga University (Chhattisgarh), Marwadi University (Gujrat), IILM University (Noida), Symbiosis (Pune), KK Modi University (Chhattisgarh), Presidency University (Bangalore), Dayanand Sagar University (Bangalore), LIHM (Pune) and GNIOT (Greater Noida) universities. This diversity offered a plethora of courses and career pathways for students to explore.

Students had the opportunity to engage in one-on-one discussions with representatives from the universities. This personal interaction allowed students to seek answers to their specific queries regarding courses, admissions, scholarships, career options, and more. Career counsellors were on hand to provide guidance to students and help them make informed decisions about their future academic and career paths. Many universities presented their scholarship programs, which was a particularly valuable aspect for aspiring students seeking financial aid.

The attendees found the event highly informative and appreciated the insights gained during the one-on-one interactions.

Principal of the school, Dr Ram Singh said, “The university fair was a resounding success, providing a significant stepping stone for students as they explore their higher education options. It played a vital role in simplifying the often complex and overwhelming process of selecting the right institution and program. The University Fair at Delhi Public School Ranchi undoubtedly served as a beacon of knowledge, opportunity, and aspiration for all those who attended.”
