Jamshedpur, Dec 9: Most parts of Jharkhand can look forward to a clear and dry weather for the next 72 hours, said a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
The minimum temperature is also expected to witness a fall of three degree Celsius in the next four to five days.
The weather department also predicted fog and mist in several districts especially those located in higher terrain.

Satellite pictures indicated a cyclonic circulation over East Bangladesh and the neighbourhood extending up to 1.5 km above mean sea level.
Light to moderate rain occurred at most places over the state during the past 24 hours.
The highest rainfall recorded was 35.5 mm at Bhawanathpur (Garhwa).
The highest maximum temperature 20.5°C was recorded at Godda while the lowest minimum temperature of 15.2°C was recorded at Chaibasa.
