Ranchi, June 21: The country’s leading company, Hindalco Industries Limited, organised yoga for all Hindalco employees on International Yoga Day in Ranchi.
On this occasion, all Hindalco employees practised yoga with full enthusiasm. Yoga Guru Aditya Kumar made everyone do various yoga asanas under his supervision.
Hindalco Mining Vertical Head Bijesh Jha said on this occasion that yoga not only keeps the body healthy but also the mind.
He said that every person should practice yoga according to the body’s needs under the supervision of yoga instructors. Apart from Ranchi, Hindalco employees also practised yoga in Hindalco’s Chakla Coal Mines Division, Kathautiya Coal Mines Division and Lohardaga Mines Division.
