New Delhi, June 2: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur announced the results of JEE Advanced 2025 on Monday. This year, Rajit Gupta from the Delhi zone has topped the prestigious entrance exam for IITs, securing 332 out of 360 marks.

All candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their JEE Advanced 2025 results and final answer key on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

Candidates who have qualified in JEE Advanced 2025 are now eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling process for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and other participating institutes. The registration and choice filling for JoSAA Counselling 2025 will begin on June 3, 2025.

This year, the qualifying marks and percentages for all categories—including General, OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, and ST—have been reduced. There has been a 3% drop in subject-wise cut-offs, and the overall cut-off for JEE Advanced has decreased from 109 to 76—almost 30% lower than last year.
To secure a spot in the JEE Advanced 2025 Common Rank List (CRL), candidates must score a minimum of 5.83% in each subject and an overall score of at least 20.56%.

A total of 17,695 BTech seats across all IITs will be filled through the JoSAA Counselling 2025 process.
The JEE Advanced 2025 examination was held on May 18 in two shifts, covering Paper 1 and Paper 2. The candidates’ response sheets were released on May 22, followed by the provisional answer key on May 25.
