Ranchi, Dec 15: The kin of those who fought for a separate state of Jharkhand (Jharkhand Andolankaris) will get a five per cent horizontal reservation in government jobs.

The State Cabinet, headed by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, took a decision in this regard today.

The cabinet gave its nod to amend the Jharkhand Act, 2001 for reservation in vacancies of posts and services for implementing the decision.
