Ranchi, July 12: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today handed over appointment letters to 1500 newly appointed post-graduate trained (PGT) teachers at a function held at Prabhat Tara ground.

Speaking on this occasion, the chief minister told the teachers that they have a huge responsibility to build the future of the children. “I am confident that they will contribute to the all-round development of the state by discharging their responsibilities with loyalty and honesty,” he said.
Government and private jobs
The chief minister reiterated the resolve to make the youth stand on their feet. He said that this is not the first time that appointment letters have been distributed among the youth here. “So far, thousands of youths have been given government jobs. And this process continues. At the same time, more than 60 thousand youth have been given jobs in private institutions and companies. Financial help is being provided to the youth who want to do self-employment,” he said, adding the process of appointments will continue.


Youth of Jharkhand are making a mark in country and abroad
The chief minister said that the government has a special emphasis on the skill development of the youth of the state. “Here, along with enhancing the skills of the youth through various means, employment is also being provided. Today, the skilled youth here are winning everyone’s hearts with their work in the country as well as abroad,” he said.
Know local and tribal languages
Soren told the newly appointed teachers that in a state like Jharkhand, tribal and local languages have great importance. “So, to establish yourself as a better teacher, it is very important for you to know the local languages. Not only this, communicate with the children and their parents in local languages, which will develop a feeling of affection, which will be effective in keeping the language, culture and tradition of this state intact and moving forward,” he said.
Compassion towards every section
The chief minister said that his government has compassion towards all sections. “We have come among you with schemes for every section without any discrimination. The purpose of these schemes is to give you a better life and build a better state. We are constantly moving forward towards achieving our goal and destination in this direction. Our government is working to realize the concept of all-round development,” he said.
