Ranchi, Dec 3: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today conducted a surprise inspection of the under-construction flyover from Mecon Chowk (near Van Bhawan) to Siramtoli Chowk in the capital Ranchi. MLA Kalpana Soren and senior officials of the state government were also present on the occasion.
During the inspection, the chief minister reviewed the progress of the flyover construction work and discussed various aspects of the flyover with the concerned officials. He directed the officials to pay special attention to the quality and the time limit of this flyover’s construction work.
Flyover to be dedicated to Ranchi residents
After inspecting the flyover, Soren, addressing the media said that earlier also the flyover project constructed by the state government from Kantatoli to Siramtoli Chowk had been dedicated to the capital’s residents before the stipulated time limit.
This flyover being constructed from Mecon Chowk (near Van Bhawan) to Siramtoli Chowk can also be dedicated to the people of Ranchi before the stipulated time limit, for this purpose the state government officials, engineers and workers engaged in the construction of the flyover are involved in their respective work with full hard work and dedication.
The chief minister said that our effort is to start this flyover project as soon as possible so that people can get relief from the traffic problem.
He said that since this flyover is passing over the railway crossing, the points related to the movement of trains are also being taken care of.
The chief minister said that this flyover will have a different identity in the country and the state.
