Daltonganj, May 16: Palamu civil and police administrations are up now for May 20 voting wherein the Panki Assembly constituency of the district will poll along with the Chatra Lok Sabha polling on the same day.
District transport officer Jitendra Kumar Yadav said, “We have readied a total of 98 vehicles to ferry the polling parties to and fro.”
Among the 98 vehicles will be 50 buses, 20 SUVs and 28 vehicles having seating capacity for two polling parties.

326 polling parties
There are 326 polling parties in the Panki assembly constituency. The number of voters is 3,20,266.
Here there is no P minus 2 movement of the polling parties.
It’s all a P minus 1 movement which means 326 polling parties will embark on their poll duty journey just a day ahead of May 19 of the voting day i.e. May 20.
The district transport officer and his team had done hard work for the marathon movement of the polling parties for the May 13 voting.
