Dhanbad, May 22: All Indian Trade Union Cong (AITUC) national vice –president Vidyasagar Giri has complained to DGP, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) and DC-cum-Returning Officer pleading to lodge an FIR against BJP candidate Dhulu Mahto.

He has alleged that Dhulu threatened him for opposing in election.
A copy of the written complaint has also been sent to the superintendent of police Dhanbad and Bokaro, DCP Central New Delhi for action. Vidyasagar Giri lives in AITUC Bhawan, New Delhi.

All India Steel Workers Federation
Giri, a resident of Bokaro, who is also vice-president of All India Steel Workers Federation, in his complaint, has charged that today (May 22) Dhulu Mahto called him at 7. 15 am (from no. 7903225528) from Dhanbad and began threatening for opposing him in elections.

Dhulu Mahto is also AITUC Jharkhand vice-president and his opposition by AITUC leaders annoyed him. Since he is also the leader of this trade union, he had expected support from the AITUC in Dhanbad.
AITUC (CPI) decision to oppose Modi and BJP
Giri clarified to him that he was not opposing Dhulu Mahto in person. It is the decision of the national council of AITUC (Communist Party of India) to oppose Modi and BJP and support INDI Alliance candidates across the country. He is following that directive.
“Hearing this plea, Dhulu Mahto lost his cool and threatened that he would see him after the elections,” Giri said.
Vidyasagar Giri, in his complaint, has said that since Dhulu Mahto has criminal records, his family members are reeling under fear after a threatening call. “So, lodge an FIR against him and provide protection to his family members,” said Giri.
