Jamshedpur, May 11: Brahmananda Narayana Hospital celebrated World Nurse Day- an occasion dedicated to honouring the invaluable contributions of nurses worldwide.

As the backbone of healthcare, nurses play an indispensable role in patient care, often working tirelessly to ensure the well-being and comfort of every individual they serve, said Nursing superintendent Rupa Madhuri Minz.

Series of events to express gratitude to nursing staff

In recognition of their dedication, Brahmananda Narayana Hospital hosted a series of events throughout the day to express gratitude and appreciation for the nursing staff.

Activities included special recognition ceremonies, educational workshops, and wellness sessions aimed at fostering a supportive and empowering environment for the nursing professionals.

Vinit Raj, facility director at Brahmananda Narayana Hospital, expressed his gratitude and said, “Our nurses are the heart and soul of our hospital. Their unwavering commitment to patient care and tireless efforts deserve recognition not only today but every day. We are immensely proud of their dedication and professionalism.”

World Nurse Day serves as a reminder of the critical role nurses play in promoting health, preventing illness, and providing compassionate care to those in need.
