Khunti, April 23: Union Minister Arjun Munda on Tuesday filed his nomination from the Khunti Lok Sabha seat. Before filing his nomination, he offered prayers at Sonmer Temple, Karra and Amareshwar Dham in Murhu. After filing his nomination, Munda did a massive road show from Kachhari Maidan to Patra Maidan.
Later, while addressing a public meeting, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that this time, Union Minister Arjun Munda has to be made to win by more than three lakh votes. He said that if Arjun Munda wins by so many votes, he will personally greet the people of Khunti.
Singh said that three chief ministers of the Bharatiya Janata Party were elected in Jharkhand, but no one was accused of corruption but the former CM here remained missing for one and a half days, which he saw for the first time in his political life.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dedicated his entire life to the country’s people, and we need to make such a dedicated ascetic person our Prime Minister again.

This nomination is for aspirations of Khunti people: Arjun Munda
Union Minister Arjun Munda addressed the public meeting and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the slogan of crossing 400 and we must turn it into reality.
He said that the entire public of Khunti is the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and the victory of Khunti would be to pay homage to Lord Birsa Munda. He said that this nomination is to make Khunti developed.
“This nomination is for the aspirations of the people of Khunti. This nomination is to make Khunti the dream of Lord Birsa Munda. This nomination will bring my tribal brothers and sisters to the front row. This nomination is for the respect of the women of Khunti. This nomination is to bring a smile on the face of my young brothers,” he said.

AJSU supremo Sudesh Mahto said that this election is not a Panchayat election; this election is a national election.
“Through this election, we will select the leader of the country. We have to re-elect a popular leader like the respected Prime Minister. At the same time, we have to elect Munda ji from Khunti, who will work with Modi ji. We have to make him win with record votes,” he said.
Opposition has looted people’s money: Babulal Marandi
BJP state president Babulal Marandi said that the task is to win all 14 seats in Jharkhand in the Lok Sabha elections.
“Today, you all know about the opposition; these people have created a loot. There is a lot of sand and stones. On the other hand, when our Prime Minister talks about building a developed India, the opposition people talk about the development of their families. The people of Khunti will make the lotus bloom again by electing Arjun Munda,” he said.
