Jamshedpur, March 18:  A meeting of the Central Sikh Youth Sabha was convened at Sakchi, chaired by President Sardar Amrik Singh, addressing crucial aspects concerning the upcoming cultural program, particularly emphasizing stringent security measures and regulations.

General Secretary of the Sabha, Sukhwant Singh, commenced the session with prayers, followed by the announcement of the upcoming cultural event, “Baishakhi Night,” scheduled for April 6th at the Sakchi Gurudwara ground.

Entry through free-of-cost passes

President Amrik Singh underscored that entry to the program will be strictly regulated through passes, obtainable free of cost. Passes will be readily available at all Gurudwara Sabhas, with provisions for acquiring them via designated contact numbers.

Chairman Damanpreet Singh emphasized the coordination with local Gurudwara Committees to facilitate accommodation arrangements for attendees from out of town.

Regarding security, it was declared that the entire program will be closely monitored under CCTV surveillance, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.

Intoxicated persons barred from entry

Sabha’s advisor, Baljit Singh Sansoa, reiterated the commitment of members to prevent entry of individuals under the influence of intoxicants, affirming stringent enforcement of this prohibition.

Executive President Inderjit Singh extended invitations to administrative and social dignitaries, along with all Gurudwara Committees in Kolhan. He urged the active participation of all Sabha members to ensure the success of the program.

In conclusion, General Secretary Ranjit Singh extended gratitude to all attendees, particularly highlighting the presence and contributions of President Amrik Singh, General Secretary Sukhwant Singh, Chairman Damanpreet Singh, Executive President Inderjit Singh, and other esteemed members.

Noteworthy attendees included Vice Chairman Sukhwinder Singh, Gurbachan Singh Raju, Khajchi Malwinder Singh, Advisor Baljit Sansova, as well as Sukhdev Singh, Kundan Singh Chhotu, Simran Bhatia, Satwinder Singh, Maninder Singh, Raghuveer Singh, Jagjit Singh, Ravinder Singh Raja, Sukhdeep Singh, Sukhdev Singh Goldy, Rajveer Bhatia, and numerous other heads and members.
