Jamshedpur, June 5: Students of St John’s High School embarked on a mission to bolster their surroundings by planting a variety of crotons and herbal plants on the occasion of World Environment Day.

Overcoming the challenge of limited space, the resourceful students ingeniously utilized clay pots as alternative planting vessels, ensuring that no obstacle hindered their noble endeavour. Their ingenuity serves as a testament to the unwavering dedication and innovative spirit driving their environmental stewardship.

Recognizing the critical importance of green cover in mitigating the adverse effects of global warming, the students passionately advocated for collective action, emphasizing the indispensable role each individual must play in safeguarding our planet’s precious ecosystems.

The success of the initiative owes much to the exemplary leadership and guidance provided by teachers Shabnam and Rahul Pandey, whose unwavering support and coordination facilitated the seamless execution of the program. Their mentorship has not only inspired the students but also instilled within them a profound sense of responsibility towards environmental conservation.
