Dhanbad, Nov 2: The Dhanbad Postal Ballot Cell has identified 239 voters who will cast their votes from home via postal ballot in the upcoming assembly elections in the district.

Deputy Commissioner and District Returning Officer Madhvi Mishra announced that 16 polling parties have been formed to visit the homes of these voters for the postal voting process.

The list of 239 voters includes those aged 85 and older, as well as persons with disabilities (PWD) who will be voting from home.
