Daltonganj, Nov 23: The ‘safe’ house of the BJP in Palamu having all its five seats went down crumbling today when BJP lost three of the five seats here.
The losses of the BJP are in the Chhaterpur assembly constituency where there came Congress, Bishrampur assembly constituency where came the RJD and again RJD ousted the BJP from the Hussainabad assembly constituency.
It regained the Panki assembly constituency where Kushwaha Shashibhushan Mehta won for the second consecutive term.

Mehta trailed and trailed by as many votes as 11,000 plus in many rounds but he made a stunning recovery from where he didn’t look back.

The star campaigners of the BJP right from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Yogi Adityanath to Himanta Biswa Sarma all had urged the voters to remain together to be safe or to be safe from any incision but here the fort of the BJP fell in disgrace.
It was Alok Kr Chourasiya of the BJP who did a hat trick for the Daltonganj assembly constituency while BJP’s Bishrampur candidate Ramchander Chandravanshi missed his hat trick by losing to the RJD.
The RJD made a grand comeback. It won Bishrampur and Hussainabad assembly constituencies. Naresh Prasad Singh, RJD candidate from Bishrampur and Sanjay Kumar Singh Yadav, RJD candidate from Hussainabad clinched victory defeating the BJP.
The Congress opened its maiden account where Radha Krishan Kishore won the Chhaterpur assembly constituency.
