Jharkhand: Shrachi Group plans to enter sports infrastructure sector in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 29: Shrachi Group, a prominent player in the real estate sector, has set its sights on transforming the sports infrastructure landscape in Jamshedpur.

The company, known for its remarkable contributions to the real estate domain, is poised to venture into the sports infrastructure sector, with plans to construct state-of-the-art stadiums, playgrounds and hostels in Jamshedpur and its surrounding areas.

In a significant move towards realizing this vision, Shrachi Group has inked agreements with renowned sports personalities, tennis player Leander Paes and cricketer Sandeep Patil.

The collaboration is aimed at leveraging their expertise to assist in the creation of cutting-edge sports facilities not only in Jamshedpur but also in Kolkata and other regions of Bengal.

Shrachi Group Director commits to enhancing sports infrastructure in Jamshedpur

Director of Shrachi Group, Poonam Tharar, expressed the company’s commitment to establishing a unique identity in both real estate and sports infrastructure.

Tharar highlighted the company’s ongoing projects, which include housing and sports infrastructure in various cities across Bengal, emphasizing the desire to enhance sports facilities in Jamshedpur, often referred to as the ‘Sports Capital’ of Jharkhand.

Tharar stated, “Jamshedpur is synonymous with sports, and we aim to bring modern, world-class facilities to this city. This initiative will not only benefit the aspiring youth pursuing sports careers but also contribute to the creation of a new ecosystem for sports development.”

Shrachi Greens Project

Shrachi Group has already left an indelible mark in Jamshedpur through its Shrachi Greens Project situated at Pardih Road, Mango. Spanning 8.14 acres, the project includes 7.2 acres dedicated to housing and the remainder allocated for commercial use. The completion date for this project is slated for December 10, 2025.

Director Poonam Tharar expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support received from the people of Jamshedpur for the Shrachi Greens Project, which has inspired the company to broaden its horizons and enter the realm of sports infrastructure.

“Our project has been meticulously designed with the convenience of Jamshedpur’s residents at the forefront. It is not just about setting new standards in lifestyle excellence but also about providing spacious and luxurious amenities catering to all segments of society,” added Tharar, underscoring the company’s commitment to excellence in both real estate and sports infrastructure.
