Dhanbad, Nov 8: The Dhanbad District Open Archery Championship-cum-Team Selection Trials for men, women, juniors, and sub-juniors (boys and girls) will be held tomorrow at Tata Digwadih Stadium from 8 a.m. onwards.
Providing this information, Dhanbad District Archery Association (DDAA) general secretary Zubair Alam said that based on their performance, archers will be selected to represent the district in the Jharkhand State Archery Championship, scheduled from November 15 to 18 at JRD Tata Stadium, Jamshedpur.

Alam further informed that the state-level competition will feature events in senior (men and women), junior (boys and girls), and sub-junior (boys and girls) categories. “Four archers will be selected from each age group to represent Dhanbad district,” he added.
Interested archers who wish to participate in the district championship and trials are required to submit their names to national coach Shamshad Alam.
