Jamshedpur, March 7: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of dry weather over Jharkhand today.
Satellite pictures and today’s air-chart analysis suggested no adverse conditions. No synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand today.
Weathermen said there will also be no significant changes in both the maximum and minimum temperatures in the next two days.
Several places in Kolhan region including including Jamshedpur, Chaibasa in West Singhbhum and adjoining Seraikela today woke up to overcast conditions.
However, weathermen ruled out any rainfall or thunderstorm activity.

The overcast condition would impact day’s temperature in the Kolhan region today, said weathermen in a separate bulletin.
The maximum temperature in most parts of the state is expected to hover between 26-30 degrees Celsius today.
Statistics suggested some places including Godda, Lohardaga and Garhwa recorded minimum temperature below 13 degrees Celsius.
According to statistics, Ranchi tops the rain chart so far in March this year. The local IMD observatory in Ranchi recorded 31 mm of rain so far in March.
This is followed by Bokaro which received 25 mm of rain so far.
