Jamshedpur, Feb 2: Minimum temperature is expected to witness a two to three degrees fall in the next few days, said a bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre today.
The Met office predicted fog and mist in the morning and evening for the next few days.
According to weathermen, partly cloudy sky would prevail in Jharkhand today. However, clear weather would prevail in most parts of the state from tomorrow, Saturday.
An induced cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan and adjoining Rajasthan was today lying over northwest Rajasthan and neighbourhood extending up to 2.1 km above the mean sea level.

In the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain occurred at isolated places over the state while shallow to moderate fog was realized at isolated places over southern and adjoining central parts of the state.
The highest rainfall of 5.6 mm was recorded at Torpa (Khunti).
Statistics reveal that Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 12.4 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded a minimum temperature of 17.4 degrees Celsius.
Daltonganj today recorded a minimum temperature of 12.3 degrees Celsius while Bokaro Steel City recorded a minimum temperature of 13.6 degrees.
Several places in southern Jharkhand recorded minimum temperatures between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius today.
