Jamshedpur, Feb 20: A fresh Western Disturbance and an associated cyclonic circulation over northern parts of the country would impact Jharkhand’s weather from tomorrow, said a bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
The forecast indicated the possibility of light rain over different parts of Jharkhand from tomorrow.
The minimum temperature would also witness a two to three degree Celsius rise in the next two days after which it would again witness a drop.
Weathermen said today no significant synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand.
The Western Disturbance as a cyclonic circulation over north Pakistan and neighbourhood at 3.1 km above mean sea level persists.
An induced cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan extending up to 1.5 km above mean sea level also persists.
Notably, the weather is in a transition phase as winter is in its exit mode. The season of chill is expected to last for another one week or so in Jharkhand.
Jharkhand experienced an extended winter this year due to frequent Western Disturbances in the month of February.
