Making an indirect attack on PM Narendra Modi, he said, “The bigger the person, the bigger the lie he tells.”

He called upon people to open the blindfold and see the truth instead of getting trapped in false promises. He said, “Our policy and intention are one. We go above and beyond what we promise to the public,” he asserted.

The chief minister pointed out that he was working on a plan to solve the problem of mica workers, locally known as ‘Dhibra pickers. “But some devil persons spread a rumour that mica contains uranium too forcing us to reconsider our plan. The chief minister, on this occasion, laid the foundation stone of 194 schemes worth Rs 433 crore, and distributed assets worth about Rs 10 crore among 19033 beneficiaries.

The chief minister said that it has been 23 years since Jharkhand was formed as a separate state. “This state has entered adolescence. But, despite being rich with many resources during the last two decades, no seriousness was seen towards strengthening this state. Because of this, the state continued to lag. Our government has set a target that by the year 2025, we will end the tag of backwardness associated with Jharkhand and draw a long line of development. Our government is working with full strength to make this state self-reliant.”
