Ranchi, May 17: The JMM today expelled two party MLAs-Sita Soren and Lobin Hembrom from the party for six years for fighting Lok Sabha elections against the INDI Alliance candidates.
Earlier, the party expelled Chamra Linda, who represents Bishunpur in the State Assembly, and contested elections from the Lohardaga constituency.

In a letter signed by JMM chief Shibu Soren, it said that Sita Soren has resigned and also levelled baseless charges against the senior party leaders. Sita, MLA from Jama, is fighting elections from the Dumka parliamentary constituency on the BJP ticket.
On the other hand, Lobin Hembrom, a senior party leader and MLA from Borio is fighting elections as an Independent from Rajmahal parliamentary constituency.
With this action, the JMM has expelled three party MLAs for fighting elections against the INDI Alliance candidates.
The party had earlier expelled former MLA Basant Longa, who contested from the Khunti parliamentary constituency.
