New Delhi, July 23: The BJP appointed journalist Pradeep Bhandari, who operates the psephology firm ‘Jan Ki Baat’, as a national spokesperson for the party on Tuesday.
Bhandari has a background in journalism with various channels and has routinely conducted election surveys for both assembly and general elections.
The BJP announced in a statement that its national president, J P Nadda, has appointed Bhandari as a national spokesperson, effective immediately.
According to the BJP’s website, there are 30 national spokespersons, excluding Bhandari, and they are headed by Lok Sabha MP Anil Baluni.
