Ranchi, June 26:The Jharkhand High Court on Thursday heard a petition seeking a CBI probe into the JSSC-CGL (Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level) paper leak case.
During the hearing, the state government informed the court that the CID is currently investigating the matter and that the probe is still underway.

Following this, the court scheduled the next hearing for July 16. It also ordered that the previously imposed stay on the declaration of results will remain in effect until the next hearing.

Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan, along with his associate Piyush Chitresh, appeared on behalf of the state government.
Advocate Sanjoy Piparwal represented the JSSC, while senior advocate Ajit Kumar argued on behalf of the petitioners.
