Ranchi, Sept 18: The Jharkhand High Court will now hear a petition seeking a CBI investigation into the JSSC-CGL paper leak case on October 15.

The hearing took place on Wednesday before a bench comprising Chief Justice and Justice Rajesh Shankar.

During the proceedings, the successful candidates, the state government, and JSSC requested the court to lift the stay on the publication of results. However, the court did not agree, meaning the stay on result publication remains in effect for now.
