Ranchi, August 1: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Chairman Prashant Kumar today informed Chief Minister Hemant Soren all the competitive examinations to be held for various posts will be held according to their pre-determined dates.
“In such a situation, there should not be any kind of doubt among the candidates of various competitive examinations,” he said and added that the Commission has already announced the dates for conducting various competitive examinations.
Kumar also said that preparations related to the organization of various competitive examinations are being completed as per the pre-determined dates.

The JSSC assurance came at a high-level meeting convened by the chief minister regarding the ongoing appointment processes for other posts, including assistant teachers.
Chief Secretary L Khiangte, Additional Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar, JSSC Chairman Prashant Kumar and Secretary of School Education and Literacy Department Umashankar Singh were present at the meeting.
In this meeting, Soren received complete information related to the ongoing appointment process for 26,000 posts of assistant teachers from the Chairman of JSSC and the Education Secretary.
No ban on holding assistant teachers’ exam
The Secretary of the School Education and Literacy Department informed the Chief Minister that the Supreme Court has only banned the publication of the results of the Assistant Teachers’ examination.
“There is no ban of any kind on the conduct of the examination,” he said and added that a petition will be filed in the Supreme Court against the ban on the publication of the result of Assistant teachers’ examination.
