Kolkata, May 20: The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Kolkata on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to three Raj Bhavan staffers, including the Governor’s Officer on Special Duty (OSD).

Subsequent to the molestation claims against West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose, the Kolkata Police summoned the three Raj Bhavan staffers.

In the Raj Bhavan molestation case, the Kolkata Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) under Section 341 of the Indian Penal Code (punishment for wrongful restraint) and Section 166 (public servant disregarding law, with purpose to cause injury to any person), naming the three staff members.
