Ranchi, Dec. 6: In a dramatic turn of events, the Jharkhand Government today transferred Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh. He has been replaced by L Khiangte. Singh has been shifted to Sri Krishna Sinha Institute of Public Administration (SKIPA) as director general (DG).
