Ranchi, June 5: Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar has taken cognisance of the disappearance of 22-month-old Aditi Pandey and directed the state administration to take immediate and effective steps for her recovery.
Aditi’s father, Manish Pandey, met the Governor at Lok Bhawan in Ranchi on Thursday and submitted a written representation seeking urgent intervention in the matter.
Father Appeals for Immediate Action
During the meeting, Manish Pandey apprised the Governor of the circumstances surrounding his daughter’s disappearance and requested that search efforts be expedited.
The Governor listened to the family’s concerns with seriousness and expressed deep concern over the incident.

Governor Speaks to Chief Secretary
Taking immediate note of the matter, Governor Gangwar spoke to the Chief Secretary over the phone and directed the administration to ensure prompt and effective action.
He instructed the concerned officials to take all necessary measures to facilitate the speedy tracing and recovery of the missing child.
The Governor emphasised that the case should be handled with urgency and sensitivity, given the age of the child and the concerns of the family.
