Jamshedpur, Nov 13: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a general alert of morning fog and mist over Jharkhand for the next three days
Weathermen said the early morning fog might result in reduced surface visibility at some places.
A partly cloudy sky is also expected to prevail in a few isolated places.
The trough in middle tropospheric westerlies with its axis at 5.8 km above mean sea level roughly along Long. 82°E to the north of Lat. 28°N persists.
Dry weather prevailed over the state during the past 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 33.4°C was recorded at Chaibasa while the lowest minimum temperature of 16.1°C was also recorded at Chaibasa.
