The alliance, led by the BJP, announced an ambitious plan to create over one crore government jobs and other employment opportunities while conducting a comprehensive skills census to connect youth with skills-based professions. It also proposed establishing mega skill centers in every district, aiming to position Bihar as a “Global Skill Training Hub.”

Emphasizing women’s economic empowerment, the manifesto includes the ‘Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana’, which promises financial aid of up to ₹2 lakh to women to promote self-reliance and prosperity. The NDA has also set a target to make one crore women ‘Lakhpati Didis’ through various livelihood programs.
