New Delhi, June 4: BJP MP Nishikant Dubey (Godda) launched a sharp attack on Congress over Rahul Gandhi’s statement referring to “Narendra surrender.” Dubey posted a letter on X related to the India-China war.

Sharing a letter from Jawaharlal Nehru dated January 1963, which was written after India’s defeat in the war against China, he highlighted Nehru’s concerns.

“Do you know about surrender, Rahul Baba? This is called surrender. This is a letter from your revered grandfather, the Iron Lady’s father Nehru ji, dated January 1963, after India lost the China war. Angrily, Nehru ji wrote to the Chinese Prime Minister that you have occupied 20 thousand kilometers of India’s eastern region and 6 thousand kilometers in the west, you have taken our 4 thousand soldiers hostage, yet we have made the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka our leader and sent him to you for surrender, waiting for your orders – Jawaharlal Nehru,” Dubey posted on X implying this was an act of submission from Nehru.

This came in response to Rahul Gandhi’s remarks made in Bhopal regarding Operation Sindoor. Gandhi had said that after a call from Trump, Narendra Modi “immediately surrendered.” He claimed history shows BJP-RSS always bow down.

Gandhi further stated that India had defeated Pakistan in 1971 despite threats from the U.S., praising Congress leaders as fearless fighters who never bow. In contrast, he said Modi obeyed Trump’s instructions like a “yes sir.”
